I don’t want to bore you by telling you the whole „Jesus-Movie-Traumatization“ again.
„You can forgive a fool because he only runs in one direction and doesn’t deceive anybody. It’s the deceivers who make you feel bad.“ (Charles Bukowski)
In very short terms: Three people asked Mr. M. about the situation. I did, a friend of mine and my daughter’s psychiotrist. Two times Mr. M. stated that he has absolutely no idea whatsoever about where she got it from and he has nothing to do with it. He even went so far to say everything about that topic can only come from Kindergarten. Both of them believed him. I quote the later: „He told me he does not know anything about it and I believe him.“
After the second discussion I took it as it was told to me but I wasn’t able to just let it go completely, so I wrote him a message. I asked him that I wanted to know if he had had a talk with his parents bye then about the TV problem since I am shure that it is completely obvious that something very unfortunate had happened. I told him that I want to hear a very clear statement from him. I want to hear that it will never happen again.
I never got that one specific answer.
About one week later I wrote him again and asked again if he had had a talk with his parents because he nerver gave me an answer to my question.
His reply was that he is convinced he had answered the question already and that, yes, he had talked to his parents and that he does not think they let her watch TV so much. In addition she only watches TV in his presence.
In my opinion „I think“ is again no definitive answer after you supposedly talked to someone and if she only watches TV in his presence that meant one thing: She watched the Jesus movie in his presence after all in the end.
And then, after month of questions from different people, after month of denial he told me that he had watched a cartoon movie about the Bible story with her and that, yes, the Easterstory was part of it…ahhhh…but there was no blood!!
Holy fucking shit! He knew all the time! It was him and he just played stupid!
There was no blood so I just pretend my child is talking about something entirely differnt, something I have not the faintest clue about.
I just stop writing here. I am speechless.
